Decision Profile Test

It identifies the overall stance and beliefs that influence people’s choices and the decision making process, both in a personal and a professional level. It does not measure personality traits, but it can provide a complete and comprehensive individual profile combined with other relative tests.

It consists of 13 bipolar scales that evaluate individual stance towards risk-taking, luck and determination in the decision-making process.

D.P. consists of 104 statements followed by “true-false” answers. The person under examination must choose one of the suggested answers according to whether he/she supports it or not. There are 13 scales (0-10) that grade each person’s decision-making approach. Low score indicates a preference towards controlled and predictable situations, while high score indicates a preference towards risky decisions.

The 13 scales are represented by the first 13 letters of the alphabet (Α-Μ). They are divided in three main categories:

Risk: 4 scales measure the values and behaviors that influence a risky-bold decision.

Luck: 4 scales reflect the way that opposite opinions are managed, luck and the way that the consequences of important decisions are expected.

Determination: 5 scales measure different influences before, during and after the decision making.
