 ISON provides career management counseling to individuals who are facing a job loss, feel they need a change in their careers or looking for their first job. Assistance is directed at the evaluation of their past and present career situations, on the setting of realistic goals for the future, on the learning of effective job search skills and on the availability of support throughout their effort of making a new beginning. |
