We follow a systematic and practical methodology in order to clarify your goals and the ways of achievement. We guarantee that you are going to find your new job within the predefined time period.

Our complete program consists of three phases:
In the 1st phase we define and assess your interests, skills, personality traits and values. In this way we recognize the characteristics that will lead you to derive satisfaction from your job.
In the 2nd phase we study the opportunities of the job market and the possibilities to access each one of them. In this way we clarify your goals and set up a strategy in order to get the desired goal.
In the 3rd phase we present and discuss the appropriate techniques to access the predefined goals. We write your CV and cover letter and help you successfully cope with interviews and assessment tests. In this way we create a reliable and competitive candidature that will lead you to your ultimate goal.

Our added-value services include:

• Optional complementary meetings, in order to evaluate your contacts and actions.
• Internet access, secretarial support and meeting room supply.
• Specialized counseling programs for those wishing to improve their performance and promote their career, as well as for those that are constrained to change their employer. We also have programs for leaders that have higher aspirations.

Our basic Career Counseling Program consists of 6 to 8 meetings (each of them lasting 90 minutes).
