ISON successfully executes projects that regard European programs assessment on behalf of the European Commission.
It has exclusive rights to use the following tests:
- The famous ΜΜΡΙ-2® test of the University of Minnesota (in Greek). This is a top-level test that has been evolved and upgrading since 1930.
- The universally recognized Thematic Apperception Test (T.A.T.)® of the University of Harvard (Greek version).
- The methodological tools of CECIOS (European Management Association).
- The Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT) test (since 1993). IPAT is the first company in this field that offers specialized psychological assessments and a certification training program since 1949.
Furthermore, ISON has the following collaborations:
- Since 2002 it collaborates with Oxford Psychologists Press (OPP), UK
- Since 2009 it collaborates with Psychological Assessment Resources Inc. and the Organizzazioni Speciali (GiuntiOS).
- Since 1992 it represents in Greece Henrion, Ludlow & Schmidt, U.K., a well-known company specialized in the creation of corporate identity and culture.
- It collaborates with Challenger Gray & Christmas that has invented Outplacement services.
- Since 2000 it undertakes all projects of Right Management Consultants, which is globally the most important company in Change Management Consulting.
ISON is a member of:
