For those looking for their first job, we have created a specialized program that presents up-to-date methods to find a job. It is a group program with a workshop character. It consists of weekly meetings, each one lasting two hours.
The content of the meetings is the following:
- We identify your personal traits (strengths and points to improve)
- We research the job market.
- We find out what suits you and what you can go after.
- You choose: You identify, evaluate and select possible employers.
- You decide: you set a personal goal and an action plan to achieve it.
- You learn how to effectively present yourself with the following tools:
- CV and Cover Letter
- Interview and Negotiation Techniques
- Assessment Tests and Centers
- You discover the secrets of communication with possible employers.
- You evaluate your communication with possible employers.
The program is coordinated by specially trained Counselors, HR Executives or the ICF.
